Whether you have a new home, a recently remodeled room, or you want a fresh look in your existing space... I can help you achieve a warm and welcoming feeling. I’ll select and install art, mirrors, shelving, etc. for your walls, and place new furnishings and accessories so your space looks great and functions beautifully. Shopping I’ll purchase furnishings and accessories to your specifications and for your approval. Sometimes it makes sense for you to join me; otherwise you can enjoy doing something else with your time! Color Selection | Interior Painting I can help you choose an entire new color scheme for your space, or help you choose colors to make the most of your existing décor. If you want, I can do the painting—either standard or various "faux" finishes. Samples of various decorative painting techniques and faux finishes are displayed in my space at Cottage Designs in Baldwinsville, on the 2nd Floor. You can certainly find a painter for less than my hourly rate, but I challenge you to find a more meticulous painter! Gardens & Landscaping I’ll recommend plants and other materials to give your existing gardens the look you’re after. I can help you create a garden where there isn't one now, a new look for part of or your entire yard, or an outdoor space that’s an extension of your home. Once we have a plan you like, you can do the work yourself, you can hire me, or for larger projects I may recommend an outstanding landscape contractor. "Re-arrange," "Redesign," "Use What You Have" Call it what you will... I can help you make your space look better with few or no purchases. Ready to Sell If you or your Realtor think your décor may not appeal to potential buyers, I can make recommendations to help you get more offers and better offers! In many cases, I can also make the changes for you. I can help create a welcoming entrance to your home, and give your home an appealing view from the street. Questions?
